Alexander would think it was the coolest thing in the world to meet a vampire while out roaming hogsmead during his orphanage days.  Idk what this does for you now but he probably would have asked him questions about vampire life and the caverns and stuff once he got past the initial fear reaction.

Dimitri probably doesn't do much with any of your ladies but is likely to be civil in turn with Jack. Like... he's the vampire you least have to worry about. xD

He would answer any of Alexander's questions that he felt comfortable answering though wouldn't go into minute detail about some things. Delicate child ears and all that. xD

Also potentially of interest: Juliana was the year below him in school, though I doubt they connected there (she was MC & was expelled shortly before OWL exams). Her feelings on vampires are complex but she works at the Ministry so they could probably have an interesting interaction or two.

Oh, yes, please to an awkward friendship rekindling. He has friendships that were secretly maintained and there could be a possibility that he probably thought Victor would do so with him too. Which would add to the awk. xD
