Gigi is a bold young lady with little regard for the gender norms of the day. She is the only daughter of a blacksmith and was brought up to take on the trade until her magic came in. Now sixteen and in her last years of school, Gigi has settled down a bit and is intent on putting her nose to the grindstone. Getting high marks on her NEWTs is essential as she wants to be an Auror, Unspeakable, or Curse Breaker in the future.

More important than personal development, however, is her quest to find a husband. The closer she inches to spinsterhood, the more desperate she becomes. She throws events for the upper crust constantly (much to the ire of her father) to create opportunities in which she can meet men. She is really not about that unmarried life.
