Basics: Clara was raised upper-MC (the sort where women would have debuted, not worked) but as a spinster has since fallen to lower-MC. She has taken in a total of nine girls, some of whom are "orphans" (read: bastards) from her extended family and some of whom are foundlings (read: probably also bastards but you can't prove anything either way). She is resourceful and manipulative and does not mind being pitied so will gladly be on the receiving end of your charity (even though she probably doesn't need it as much as you think).

With her family she pretends to be a disaffected wine aunt but cares more than she lets on. She'd also be (brash but) welcoming to any children in the area... think if you show up around lunch time you're being given a sandwich and a cup of cider before she "realizes" you don't live here and kicks you out.

Clara attends CMJ regularly but mostly for the community (and the opportunity to grift from said community) and doesn't actually believe in/abide by any of their tenets. Interactions with other church members could be fun!

She's been in Hogsmeade as long as it's been here so general neighbor/community relationships could be a thing.
