Introducing: Gwyn

1847 | GRYFFINDOR DROPOUT | WCHB
Gwyn Conway | My flower, my ang—nope. My pinnacle of tomboy-ness with more boldness than sense and whose minimal etiquette instruction whilst at Hogwarts did not stick. She wears pants, tries not to swear in polite company, and is happier outdoors than in. She also works with dragons, which is... not typical of a young lady. But then, she's not a lady—she's just Gwyn.

What is desired here?

SCHOOL YEARS | Gwyn only attended three years at Hogwarts, from '84 to '87. Her electives were COMC and Earth Magic. While in school, she was...not feral, but tended to get into mishaps a lot in spite of her best efforts. She would have been a far better fit with WC students.

AT PRESENT | Gwyn lives in Wales, where she has ties to a tree farming family (wandmakers? herbologists?) but herself works as a (n apprentice) dragonkeeper! Looking for connections from the magical creatures crowd in particular, but any WC folk would be delightful, too <3

nooo I don't think she and Sloane overlapped but Gwyn is def Sloane's kinda person. She did intern at the zoo this summer, that could be a meeting place?

She might know Eavan Miller by extension of the zoo?

Daffy is friends with Cliff now and likes to invade his space on his tree farm, she's also low key dating the local broommaker which means a vested interest in magical trees now XD

I have thrown Tilda at yoooouuu, and I think she may be my only tribute? Irene is WC so wouldn’t really mind her, but idk how we’d make a connection there?


Gwynn’s fam May have some professional connection to Philomena’s family since they likely have a bunch of varieties of magical trees in the greenhouse, so I could see a business connection there!

  

Ay Clifford Hillicker is an actual tree farmer haha. He provides magical wood to let wandmakers/broom makers do whatever they need to do. He's rough around the edges and honestly, I can see them getting along splendidly or constantly at each other's throats.

Thomas Harvey just cos he's my WC gent, there could be some private-investigator-y things that would warrant him maybe following Gwyn/family around or having reason to talk to them??
Ida Chang they were same year and very not in the same circle I'm guessing, but Ida has a very strong appreciation for girls who curse and wear pants/would lowkey think Gwyn is a hero. Since she's always doing research/etc I could see her having an excuse to want to learn more/do uh 'field research'. Ida is also apparently frequently involved in vaguely-illegal things with Cliff if the two meet. strictly for research.
