~— A B O U T — FRIENDS: Fellow debutantes, current and former Pendergast Roses, and fellow former schoolmates, especially those with whom she would have debuted, had her mother not decided to sent her for finishing, as well as fellow Gryffindor alums. Behind the mask of propriety, Lucinda is quite friendly, and would have gladly befriended those of lower classes. FAMILY: Lucinda is not an island unto herself. She has two brothers, one elder and one younger, and both her parents live...at present. Her immediate and extended family are available for adoption. HURLING: The Bythesea family is not idealogically purist. However, they are still held to a certain social standard, and it would be seen as unseemly for a Bythesea to marry a muggleborn. Halfblood may be negotiable. Lucinda is demisexual, though she is heteroromantic. RANDOM FACT: Lucinda's soundtrack is pretty much just The Carpenters.

My two debutantes are on either side of her age-wise and also... debutante-style-wise if that makes any sense.

Victoire Malfoy is a year older and The Best Deb (in her family anyway) and is very social and does well with the socializing!

Mathilda Alderton is on the other side, a bit younger and The Worst Deb (according to her) and would rather be reading or doing something useful. She does however, participate in social events, just not well.

Unfortunately I don't have any UC gents aside from Beckett, but he's not in a good place for logical hurling, unless that appeals to you XD

The only real option I have is this guy- UCHB and single, though not actually looking. Always happy to hurl. I have other society-types but no one really near her age.

  

Possible Hogwarts friend (or enemy as the case may be) I have would be Wrath Wakefield who due to when her birthday is, would be one year beneath Lucinda (different house as well)

Potential Hurls could be Malcorvus Flint though he's much older...would depend if she's into older gentlemen or family just wants the advantage of marrying a socially outstanding family. Only other potential hurls though I don't think they fit into your criteria too well, would be Edgar Minks who's pureblood but upper/Middleclass with a very good reputation.

Wrath is actually two years behind Lucy, but I don't see why they couldn't have spoken during Lucy's school years - we could backdate something to Lucy's seventh year if you'd like. As for Malcorvus and Edgar...neither would be seen as a "proper" match by her parents. The age difference is too extreme with Malcorvus, and marrying down is always seen as a bad thing.
