Alright, so ever since reading Ne'er Duke Well [thx kayte, to everyone who hasn't read it, pls do] I have been wanting to have a character be the owner of a secret sex-positive library.
Enter: Marion.
It'll be called The London Athenaeum, and - on the outside - be a legitimate business located in London, but not in Diagon Alley. It'd stock harmless titles like a regular innocent bookstore of course, but it'd have a section in the back that functions as a sort of portkey/floo/magical entrance type thingy that, when triggered, would send you to a secret room in the back where the actual titles are kept. I haven't worked out the full details yet :3 maybe for even more inconspicuousness, it'll be in Muggle London. idk.
BUT I'd love for Marion to have a partner in all of this. Perhaps someone around her age, but that's not necessarily a requirement. What is a requirement is they must obviously be very progressive (bordering on radical). A plus would be access to the funds to help establish this place, however I've written in that Marion's family are upper-middle class wand makers, so it needn't be a requirement for her partner to have the funds.
OH but if her partner ends up being male, it'd be great for him to be the face of it publicly OR know someone who could be the public face of it.
Ideally this would have opened recently too.
It's now almost 1am so this might not be totally coherent but yes. Any takers for being a co-owner of this secret erotic library? >D
