Nicknames: Nanny calls her all manner of things that aren't her name, mostly Petal or Peach. Nurse calls her Miss Imperatrix and nothing else. She thinks of herself mostly as Peri, because Imperatrix is a Grown Up Name.

Family: Child of Tiberius Lestrange and Antigone Lestrange
Appearance:
Peri's looks favor her Lestrange side, which Nurse says is good because being recognized as a Lestrange is a very good thing. Privately, Peri wishes she had her mother's hair instead — the gold looks prettier than her thick brown curls. She's somewhat chubby — baby fat, Nan says, though she isn't a baby anymore. She has blue eyes and is right handed.History:
When Imperatrix was born she had a sister, Cleopatra. She knows this because people talk about it sometimes, not because she remembers. 'People' here meaning the wider net of family with the surname Lestrange, but not the people she lives with. Her mother and father never talk about anything, really, at least with her; they certainly don't talk about her sister. Nurse scowled the one time Peri asked about it and gave only the most superficial answers and told her not to bring it up again. When she later asked the same question to Nanny, she looked sad and said some things that didn't seem to entirely make sense — the way sometimes Nan told stories that she only remembered pieces of, so the details got jumbled up along the way. Per remembers Nanny saying not to ask her mother about it, because it might make her mother sad, and that part seemed wrong. Peri does not think her mother has ever been sad about anything. She certainly cannot imagine that her mother would be sad if she disappeared, and she doesn't why Cleopatra ought to have been so much more special.Personality:
If anyone misses her during the months that she stays at Nan's cottage, no one brings it up. In fact, it's impressed upon her from the earliest days she can remember that when she's at the cottage she must never talk about her mother or father, or Oakshire Hall, or Nurse, or anything at all that isn't in the cottage, and the same thing on the other months. When she's with Nurse, she is never to mention Nan or the cottage or anything. This is a fact of life for her. She is vaguely aware that other children don't seem to have two homes, secret from each other — her baby brother, Titus, doesn't ever go anywhere, at least not that she knows of — but she likes Nan's, so she isn't sure if that's his fortune or his loss.
That's really all there is to her life so far. Nothing very interesting has ever happened to her, at least not that she knows of.
