But when she sat down to update case notes on her patients on Monday, Thomasina could not focus until she sent off the note, which she wrote on personal letterhead rather than the hospital letterhead. It did take her fifteen minutes of staring at the parchment to write something that was borderline-professional, and not borderline-hostile.
