After a magical attempt on her life in 1877, Queen Victoria launched a crusade against magic that, while tidied up by the Ministry of Magic, saw the Wizarding community exiled to Hogsmeade, previously little more than a crossroad near the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. In the years that have passed since, Hogsmeade has suffered plagues, fires, and Victorian hypocrisy but is still standing firm.

Ohhh Evangeline. She's been through the wringer. Some of that was her fault. Some of it wasn't. But as far as she's concerned, she's come out on top in the end so. Even if she is, y'know. Deeply resentful of upper class society and unmotivated to hide it.
Friends. Going to be honest, friends really depend on how judgey people are likely to be. XD Eva's known for going against the grain, and being outspoken, and this has probably gotten worse since her husband died, because she doesn't have anyone to really answer to anymore. That said, I would like her to actually have friends. She is not remotely fussy about class or blood.
Enemies. I mean, there are probably people who judge her for her past, for her current animosity toward the upper class society she's technically still apart of, or idk she's done something to piss you off.
Romance? Eva has zero plans to ever remarry, but isn't 100% opposed to romance in general. It's just with the caveat that she likes her freedom and she's unlikely to give that up. But otherwise...
I do have friends options! Elsie Kirke had been sorta snubbed in society (and doesn't care much) after her shotgun wedding in 1891. They're only a year apart, though Elsie was a Gryffindor. I think she'd be pretty understanding! And she could use all the friends.
Tala Moreno was a Ravenclaw yep years behind and has also been through the romance ringer. Pretty outspoken and generally friendly! Back in England after a few years away!
I don't really have any hurlable dudes for her rn, but can revisit ;]
And of course I would LOVE for a Daff interaction because hi, why wouldn't I want her to meet Elias' old flame xD
