This is Francesca McKinnon. She has a few things already going on:

— her mom is Edric Umbridge's runaway mom. She knows this, he doesn't.
— her husband just died and left her penniless (you wouldn't know the last part).
— she currently suspects her husband's mistress (who she just found out about) has the money stashed away.
— her oldest child (adoptable!) is Madoc Yarwood's bastard and she will be stealth-pursuing child support soon ; )

Here are OTHER THINGS to know about her:

— she has younger siblings so if you need family connections that's an option
— she has worked at the DMLE her whole adult life. She's a stickler about paperwork, as you might expect given her job title.
— she is an owl animagus
— the aurors occasionally ask her to deliver mail to suspected criminals and report back on their reactions

Here are OTHER THINGS I would like:

— past affairs: I think she probably slept with 1-2 other men before Madoc in 1881/2. She was a debutante at the time and using her animagus form to sneak around. If you have a likely gentleman feel free to throw them my way. I would also like one colleague (DMLE, any office) for a late night office tryst. It occurred sometime between 1884 & 1892 and the next day Francesca pretended it never happened. It may have since repeated on a few occasions but it's not a regular occurrence and it has never involved feelings/etc. A man or woman works here but they can't be a child :P [WANTED FOR: PAST OR PRESENT THREADS]

Trystan Selwyn will obvs sleep with anyone ever but mostly here for a former auror who would have found her animagus form super handy, and ALSO now her fellow instructor in the AIT >D (Also his son Cadawalader Selwyn is doing auror training now but Trystan still isn't super proud of him so >.>)
