UCMB | Housewife | Ravenclaw '68 rep 8 | widowed Hello my name is Bee, and I have a chronic drama problem. Also Kayte knows how to target pimp like a champ. This is Ziya, ex of Robin Rowle, widow of William Burroughs. Murderer. Abuse survivor. She's had a lot happen in the last 20 years or so. Extended Rowles I suspect you don't know she exists? Except Miranda obviously. I assume they wouldn't have had much of a reason to interact and Ziya probably avoided them at social engagements during the cursed years! Would, once I know where she's at with Robin, love for her to interact with the rest somehow! Friends Could be co-workers during her tenure at St. Mungo's from 1866 - 1878! She was good at her job and her departure was abrupt and definitely not her choice. Other socialites who don't mind the muggleborn status. She's a very social person, outwardly approachable and easy to get along with. Does her charity work and attends events as much as she can, especially now that she's out of mourning! I would like for her to have a close lady friend who she may have disclosed the abuse to, but that would have be worked out somewhat extensively OOC! Nobody except a few of her household staff and her eldest daughter unfortunately, know about the abuse she suffered before her late husband's death. Ladies Maid it would be delightful to have her trusted ladies maid around who has been through the ringer with her and is a good voice of reason. She may or may not have also helped to poison William to death, can be finagled however! I will have wanteds up for her kiddos and probably ladies maid sometime soon!

I’d also love to explore her and Alexandra. Alexandra tends to keep to the UCPB circles but I’d love to explore a potential friendship with them, as she and Sibylla aren’t exactly besties so it could create a fun trio drama going.

I also have Emilia as a potential acquaintance, she hosts many charity events and the like.

Sounds good! Or for Ziya and Alix I was thinking that maybe Ziya nearly saves her life back in her healer days and that kinda propels their friendship? Cause Alix does keep to her UCPB circles but if she felt Ziya saved her life then she’d appreciate her. Maybe they got to talk during Alix’s stay in hospital and bonded?

ohhh, it might be tricky, there's an 8 year age gap, and I think if Alix was already married Ziya would have shied away because she avoided all things Rowle after Robin deserted her. Leaves us with a 1876-1878 window to become good friends before Ziya was forced to quit healing if you think we can make that work! They would have had to become pretty tight for Ziya to stick around after Alix married Philip, but we can definitely chat it out!

Is she positive towards half-breeds because I got Acacia Darlington here who's really new and hesitant in the actual social scene and a fellow healer/friendly face would mean the world to her!

Liliana Parkinson would be hesitant about the muggleborn thing, but would keep that to herself and knows she needs all the friendly faces she can get, so she'd play nice and see if this could be a positive connection?

Would Ziya have let Penelope Valenduris play with her kids before Hogwarts? Distant connection, but if the kids get played eventually it could end up becoming really interesting.

Right now there is little/no chance that Sibylla Rowle knows anything, but would have been a distant figure given she's got some purist values, but she'd have been polite. The minute she finds out she's gonna be pissed.

Sweetie here is giving me nothing. Does she like transfiguration? Sweetie would invite her to the Society cause transfiguration

Vera Morgan has always been really friendly towards her, but has been a nag about 'why on earth did you not go to a naming seer?!'. Mostly behind close doors on that last part. Likely didn't know about the abuse at all.

Not sure what vibes I'm getting from Vivienne Newberry at this point, but girl needs friends.

Probably! She's not particularly biased in any manner, they live in London though, so we might have to figure that out.

I think Ziya always liked Vera! Definitely wasn't doing the naming thing, but Ziya does what she wants haha. Nobody knew/knows about the abuse except for her staff, Wren and now the eldest Burroughs brother, who may or may not blab at some point if we want to drum up something!

No worries lol, can't make everything happen. Not big into Transfig, just busy being a mom. Which might be a connection for Vivienne, but it's a pretty big age gap both between the women and the kiddos, not sure how to make that one work either.

Ben and Faustus are the only ones around her age that I have and for former co-workers I have Cal! He was juuust starting his internship in 1877 so they just might have missed each other. Depending on if she still kept in touch though, I could see them being friends! He's a grumpy fellow, but he's protective. I know she wouldn't have disclosed what was going on, but if there were any visible signs, Cal could have clocked 'em.

Ben and Faustus are the only ones around her age that I have and for former co-workers I have Cal! He was juuust starting his internship in 1877 so they just might have missed each other. Depending on if she still kept in touch though, I could see them being friends! He's a grumpy fellow, but he's protective. I know she wouldn't have disclosed what was going on, but if there were any visible signs, Cal could have clocked 'em.

Looks like Zi and Faustus were year mates! For either Ben or Faustus she could have done regular patch up jobs early in their Auror careers? Cal could have been an intern with her? She would have been seasoned by the time he joined the hospital and so likely would have had interns on the regular!

Heya! How much has Ziya been ~out and about, during or after her marriage? I feel like she and Francesca might get along as friends but there's a bit of an age gap and Francesca isn't heavily invested in society, so Ziya's husband's abuse extended to restricting where she went or who she could talk to then there may not have been many opportunities to interact. But if he didn't care where she went (or if she started getting out more after he died) they could maybe have met over books at Crowdy or something along those lines.

Ziya was still expected to be the perfect society wife, so she was out and about before he died, and had been appropriately social during her mourning period! Now she's out of mourning and resuming normal society things! They certainly could know one another that way!
