Beckett Longbottom

UCPB | Wimbourne Wasps Sponsor | G'77 rep 9 | single Bros: Becks is a dude's dude. Growing up surrounded by sisters left him without a lot of guy friends until he went to Hogwarts! Likely other UC gents around his age as he's not purist really, or upper MC guys as well. Also former quidditch players from school (70-77) and professional teams (77-85) where he played on the Cannons. Ladies: Becks is a total flirt, but respect for women was practically beaten into him in his youth, so he's very careful about just how flirtatious he gets. That said, he's hit 30  and probably should start looking to settle down-ish. Becks thinks of it more as a business transaction (think Anthony Bridgerton) though isn't quite as serious about it. It would be nice to push the envelope to see how far he can get. He's kind of superficial, would like a pretty face to run his household and have his kids so he can continue his "job", but I'm so open it's not even funny.

I sadly do not have much to offer in way of dudes for him but Tanwen Selwyn was a year or two off of him in Hogwarts and would have been friendly if he noticed her but likely, tbh would have just flown under his radar unless he was the type to notice the quiet kids. She could potentially try to hurl @"Adrienne Selwyn" at him though if her niece/cousin showed any interest - or what she could even misread as interest oops.

And let's be real, Octavia Fawley definitely tries to flirt with him at any balls/events they both attend because she's long since convinced herself she has a fascination with him.

Atticus Foxwood Around the same age, and he's considering being a Quidditch sponsor, so that's fun lol. He has no knowledge but kid has money  to spend soooo.... whynot. There is a potential friendship there, I swear.

Juniper Edevane lol. That's all I have to say. They would not hit it off, she doesn't like Quidditch, so if you ever want a super awkward thread, hmu for June. (Would she use him to make someone jealous though? Yes.)

That sounds like an absolute delight but now I need to figure out how Tavie flirts if it isn't a letter. Which, knowing her, is probably good knowledge to have. Pretty sure it will be a lot of preening and trying to complement Beckett.

Me either haha. And that's what makes it beautiful<3 If he fails, he fails. But I mean, it'll give him something to do outside of me constantly hurling him at girls xD And tormenting Basil. The world will be a better place. (Except maybe the quidditchworld xD) Becks can just silently judge him or whatever. Derby has passed, but I think that's where he'd kind of meet all the other sponsors.

I have Miss Vera - not a broom bunny but a quidditch aficionado and he would be in the round of people getting regular invites. She is also in a rather transactional marriage space and thinks she knows what she wants from a marriage (a vaguely disinterested husband so she can get her independence) but i would love something that surprises her, or where she would actually care if she 'lost' the chase.

@'adrestia dantes' is an option, but my ideal plan for her is to fall for someone that she is also trying to destroy. So she would at least have to think his father ruined her real one.

Chris Dempsey is also out there, she is obviously intense but she might try and set him up with either of her sisters, after ozy said he wanted rid of the artists from his home when their parents died. But might get on with him herself.
