Vera Morgan's siblings (and father, depending on age) are fairly open. Main requirement is to not add any already established details towards these wanteds - besides your character of course - so they can stay fairly open. <3

Charles Marshall has a fairly open extended family, and a brother if you were looking for younger.

He could also be an in-law of Echo Lowe (from either of her marriages). Or her younger sister's husband.
