This is Honoria Rookwood - child and Hogsmeade resident. She is 10 years old, and very much looking forward to school.  Her father is English and a good business man, but lacking a fortune of his own to wager he usually handles accounts and business investments for other more well to do families, acting as business manager and accountant.  He does well, but not enough to be considered among the cream of society. 

Her mother is rather ambitious socially, and although Korean, she anglicizes her name - mostly because she is tired to English people butchering it.

Honoria can mostly be found playing around Padmore Park, or in Hogsmeade generally, with her bestie Louisa Weasley.  She was kidnapped and turned into a golden snidget by a showman to be part of a menagerie of captive animals - people. 

• Friends - Other children! Give me the children of Hogsmeade for some kiddie adventures! Future school mates come @ her! #makefirsties.   I'm also up for threading almost every step of the Hogwarts run up - robes, wand, books, supplies- the whole lot!

• love - She is 10 - so bar a childish crush in an older boy, or more likely a handsome older man (alla teen pop star). 
  I guess if anyone was interested in an arrangement, especially if their family is also socially ambitious or also foreign - even just as a temporary anxiety plot.

I have Lincoln Dashwood who will be in her year. She might possibly be at least vaguely familiar with Eros Mohr who was a constant presence in Padmore Park/Hogsmeade/Denbrights Toy Emporium until he went to Hogwarts.

  

You and My Big Sis are pretty much BFFs so the two will be very much acquainted at the least (Carols opinion about Lou moping about Honnies absence at the park before she knew she was missing was however that Lou was being over dramatic and people do just not come to said park...) . Carol is eight and prone to get caught up in her thoughts and forgetting about afters.

Clarissa Cosgrove - Yes! chances are her father works for someone like Langstons' dad - the same with Eros. So either would know her family and they might have been thrown together to play at some time or other.

Ella Grimm - Honoria isn't a quidditch fan or player - but her recent turn as a golden snidget might give her a unique perspective of the sport. I imagine she 'feigns' or goes along with interest of the other girls because they are her friends.
When Honoria gets turned back into a human all the girls should thread - OR the quidditch tweens should catch her a golden snidget and keep her in a box as a secret for a bit, thinking they have just found a really cool pet

I'm sure Ella is very aware snidgets are a protected species so would have her mum handle that and get snidget!Honoria taken to the aviary at the zoo or handled by a ministry employee. But she's open for threads whenever
