Aristide could just barely make out when the Slytherin was saying because everything else around him had seemed to speed right up. Likely a result of how slow his own body now was. It took a fair moment or so for Ari to make it back to the normal pocket of time. "Your voice got all high pitched," he said. "But I think you said I was practically not moving?"

Clue blinked, most intrigued by Selwyn's perspective on a scene that seemed quite different to him.

Deciding this was interesting enough to keep an eye on, the small youth hung back against the wall, folding his hands behind him and simply watching the gargoyle and its various passers-by. He would remain until dinner, at which point he imagined a teacher would finally offer an explanation as to what was going on. For he was quite convinced this couldn't simply be a private adventure between he and the Ravenclaw archer.
