Appearance: Arabella is of a small and thin build. She is left-handed and thus also holds her wand in her left. Her hair is auburn and roughly shoulder length and her eyes are of an icy blue colour. Her hair mostly falls free. She has fair skin and many freckles speckled over her face, mostly below the eyes and on the nose. Her style is all about pastel-coloured, wide and frilly dresses. Even though her style of dress may not always be on trend, she has an interest in fashion, particularly in accessories, and may come across as a bit of an eccentric when it comes to those.

History:
1872: Arabella is born to a middle-class family in Brighton. Her brother, Rodolphus, is 5 already and has already exhibited first signs of magical ability. Her family has been residing in Brighton for generations and keeps their magical powers secret from Brighton's population.
1876: Arabella exhibits first signs of magical ability. She shuts the curtains on a window in her room when her mother opens them to wake her up one morning.
1877: Many of the Warren family's magical friends and acquaintances flee to Hogsmeade in order to escape prosecution at the hands of Muggles. The Warren family is fearful of being discovered, however they are able to keep their powers secret and are not forced to migrate to Hogsmeade.
1878: Rodolphus is admitted to Hogwarts and sorted into Ravenclaw. Arabella aspires to achieve the same and listens to her brother's tales of Hogwarts attentively, imagining how she herself would once study at this iconic institution. She is particularly interested in the subject of Transfiguration, which her brother describes in great detail. The Warrens tell their Muggle friends that Rodolphus is attending a boys' school in Scotland.
1881: Rodolphus is accepted into the Ravenclaw Quidditch Team, making the entire family proud. Arabella doesn't care much for Quidditch.
1883: The Warren family attends the Quidditch World Cup in Hogsmeade. Rodolphus goes through his OWLs and does mostly average, but passes Potions and History of Magic with flying colours.
1884: Arabella is admitted to Hogwarts and is exceptionally eager to learn. She is very proud of herself when she is sorted into Ravenclaw.
1885: Rodolphus is subjected to his NEWTs. Potions remains his best subject.
1886: Arabella is now in her 3rd year and discovers her love for runes. She continues to do very well in Transfiguration, and Ancient Runes becomes one of her new favourite subjects. She visits the World Wizarding Fair with her family.
1887: Arabella's parents are outraged when she is required to provide proof of her ''all-human lineage'' and send many owls to the school's leadership aswell as to wizard publications such as The Daily Prophet, attempting to highlight the controversy and pointlessness of such a policy.
1888: Arabella takes her OWL exams.
1889: Present day. Arabella is in her 6th year at Hogwarts and still proficient at Transfiguration and Ancient Runes. Her love for these two subjects may be causing her grades in the other subjects to slip, as these two subjects seem to be all she is interested in these days. She is also a member of the Transfiguration and Wizards' Chess clubs.
Personality: Timid, fearful, curious and witty. Tends to get lost in her own thoughts and overthink. Sweet and naive when it comes to interacting with strangers.

Arabella was woken by bright rays of sunlight protruding through the windows surrounding her dormitory in Ravenclaw Tower. As she was opening her eyes, the first thought of the day shot into her head. >>What am I going to wear today?<< she thought to herself. It was a Saturday, so she could forego the Hogwarts uniform for something with a bit of style, something she actually enjoyed wearing. The question of attire was a most important question to her, as she liked the fact clothing allowed for at least a bit of individuality among the student body. >>Funny, how they make Ravenclaws wear uniforms like everyone else... I thought individualism was supposed to be one of our hallmark traits...<< she continued her ruminations as she picked out a dress from her closet.
She decided on a frilly dress in a pastel lilac colour, although it was not as wide as the dresses she usually wore. With it, she chose a pair of heels in a matching colour and a hairpin shaped in the likeness of a beetle - a rose chafer, to be exact, in a glimmering green-purple colour variation. Properly dressed, she made her way down to the Great Hall to have some breakfast.
As it was Saturday, Arabella had no classes scheduled, but she was eager to attend the Transfiguration Club's scheduled meeting. Transfiguration was truly the most interesting concept imaginable to Arabella. The ability to transform oneself, others or things into something else was fascinating to her in a way that nothing had ever fascinated her before. She thouroughly enjoyed every little bit of information she could soak up on the subject and had already attained a considerable amount of knowledge on the subject. What would the Transfiguration Club convene about today? Transforming animals into objects or vice versa? Animagi? Metamorphmagi? All of these topics were so interesting!
She continued gushing over the wonders of transfiguration while taking breakfast, barely even noticing the other students sitting around at the table. Perhaps someone attempted to talk to her, perhaps they didn't - Arabella really couldn't tell, as she was much too lost in thought.
