Question for the staff~
Last time it was brought up - last year or so (can you believe flyings banned for two years now?) - we were informed that
flying ban for Hogsmeade was to stay in effect until we are told otherwise.
It has been a while now and I'm just wondering if this will be revisited any time soon? Obviously werewolf stuff probably is of more important but it isn't to Nat (HEH) or Oak. :P

I am pro "make it an IC issue" if your characters have opinions about it because it gives Oz & associated Ministry people more to do if your characters are like, papering lamp posts in Hogsmeade with FLY FREE posters <3

MJ is the light of my life <3

I was thinking about this and IC I wonder how many people do just ignore it. I think it would be one of those laws that is a useful tool for the police so if you are causing a nuisance they have a very low bar for intervention but otherwise it isnt enforced. Thinking of escooters here. They are illegal on the pavements because they are motorised but illegal on the roads because they arent registered/licenced etc. So you can "technically" only legally use them of private property. But still they are super popular and you see perfectly upstanding law abiding people using them freely with no police intervention. Also note jaywalking in the US for similar, other than if there is a specific complaint. What percentage of people actually get in trouble for jaywalking?
