For her chosen illusion, she decided to make it appear as if a veritable rainbow of flowers were crowned on her head and adorning her dress, their petals fluttering as if blown by a summer breeze.

  

Feeling quite pleased she made it past the transfiguration segment, Adrienne decided to add to Mrs. Gbadamosi’s display and send an illusion of animals frolicking through the garden.

Benevolence was pleased to start the next round, even if her stomach turned a little in nerves. Nev turned her attention to the next assignment. She drew her wand and attempted to cast an illusion that would cause a whip of the wind to wrap around her, the shadows of little birds fluttering over her gown, seeming to settle on her skin and in the folds of her gown.

There were lots of flowers, Laurel noted, perhaps she ought to consider something less expected. She cast a spell envisioning the stage in front of her as the fish pond Basil has insisted adding to their garden, Gilded with late afternoon light as small goldfish peeked their heads up out of the water before resuming their lazy swim.

Typically Lucy preferred to buy her gown enchanted, but she did know how to do it herself. With a murmured spell and a wave of her wand at her gown she envisioned the parted underskirts darkening to the night sky, fireworks bursting across the fabric, off the fabric in sparks of glowing flames.

  

Malou's most frequent illusion casting was hiding the damage of a spell or the remedy of it from a patient, and only in very rare cases. She considered for a moment before attempting to create the illusion of the props tables becoming set for a dinner party.

Illusion was something Angelica was too familiar with, if her personal life was any indication. Turning her attention to the curtains over the windows, Angelica aimed to make the rustling fabric appear as ravens in flight.

The widow Gbadamosi's efforts were actually praised by the judges, who had kept their cards close to their chest thus far. Indeed, Fitz himself felt many of the women had been impressive indeed in their illusions, though not all of them could progress. He gave an apologetic smile to his brother's wife as she, Mrs. St.John-Black, and Mrs. Lestrange departed.

"It is one thing to make us experience what is not there," the wizard offered, "but now, you will be asked to conjure something from nothing. Given what we have seen so far, I anticipate great things!"

Your character has 72 hours to post their conjuring casting, after which the round will be scored. If everyone posts, the lowest three will be eleminated.

Having given a nod to her magical and cultural upbringing in the Transfiguration round and to Callista's interests in the illusion round, Ife turned her attention now towards her youngest granddaughter. Unfortunately conjuring a star was beyond even her. Instead, she worked to create an object rather like snowglobe, but with a starry night sky inside the glass rather than a miniature landscape.

Oddly, it was not competitive fire that fueled Angelica’s final demonstration. The chance of a win, of glory, triggered her entrance, but now, in this moment, it was something more precious. With great care, Angelica endeavored to conjure a small statuette of an angel with a raven on her arm.
