I'm good with throwing Edgar in with Charlotte at some sort of social event, maybe a mutual acquaintance decided to have a social and invited them, and they meet there. Doesn't have to be a major event just something to enjoy the warming spring weather before school's out and all the graduating students flood the social scene...or whatever reason.
