Lottie was a Ravenclaw (1882-1889) in the year above Electra! I could see them getting along - they both seem to have similar interests (she took all four of Electra's best classes at the OWL and NEWT-level) and Lottie wouldn't judge her for being Muggleborn. They also would have been debutantes together for two years.
