Did You Know?
Braces, or suspenders, were almost universally worn due to the high cut of men's trousers. Belts did not become common until the 1920s. — MJ
Had it really come to this? Passing Charles Macmillan back and forth like an upright booby prize?

sometimes the absence of a message says enough

This was not the news Ozymandias had been hoping to hear. Not at home, not at work, but she had left on time. Where could she have gone that would have kept her out so late, and without giving any indication of it to anyone? Oz didn't necessarily expect that she would keep him apprised of every aspect of her schedule (he didn't exactly give her all the details of his), but he thought such an abrupt deviation from her usual habits would have merited at least a passing comment to someone.

"And that was at the usual time?" he pressed, though he wasn't sure he really expected this random healer he'd accosted in the hallway to know. "Did she say she was going home, or somewhere else? To a friend's house, to a bakery? Did she leave by floo or walk or apparate?"

MJ is the light of my life <3
