Elsie Kirke - I saw Eugene is friendly with Desi which means they'd probably get along great! Morgan worked at the Ministry for a few years right out of school, before he went to work with August, so they could have been hang-out-after-work bros during that window and stayed friendly since. Re: Jesse, what type of twat in school? :P Morgan is established friends with Basil Foxwood who is a little quiet/socially awkward, so if Jess was the type to bully him I don't think Morgan would be friends with him. Maybe passing-friendly, but not real friends. On the other hand, if he was just generally a little obnoxious/class clown type stuff, they could be friends!
