There was a level to which Mr. Scrimgeour's frustration was understandable. There was a difference in the way that those of the working class and those of the upper class were socialized. The Scrimgeours were notorious purists, as well. So there was that frustration, but then there were the assault charges that the department was leveling, and the sense that Argus Scrimgeour was still similar to Mr. Echelon.
