Did You Know?
Braces, or suspenders, were almost universally worn due to the high cut of men's trousers. Belts did not become common until the 1920s. — MJ
Had it really come to this? Passing Charles Macmillan back and forth like an upright booby prize?

Ladies Duel: Miss S. Whitledge vs. Professor A. Vorona
#5
Angelica had the decency to make sure the younger witch had regained her footing before resuming. While keeping an opponent on their toes or backside was fundamental, this was not a duel of life or death and some restraint was required.

As soon as she was given the cue, Angelica summoned and unleashed a murder of crows - a bit hyperbolic, given the setting - upon her opponent. Time to up the stakes.
