There was clearly some disagreement between brother and sister that was outside the realm of a hickey, and although Dionisia tried to piece it together through their exchange of words she couldn't help but feel there was a piece of the puzzle that she was missing. Whether it was her business to piece together was another story, but for now she knew two things: (1) Zelda had been intimate enough with Mr. Darrow to end up with that, and (2) that there was some sort of deal and Zelda had broken it. She knew the Fisks were not fond of Mr. Darrow, and in this situation Dio's (mostly positive) feelings towards him were irrelevant. Still, there was a part in her—the mediwitch within, or the best friend she'd once been—who wanted this conversation to end and stay within their home.
