It was so very relaxing to sit and chat with a friend. To catch up and not worry about work or expectations of the tense atmosphere of her family home. Listening to Josie's story with interest, she laughed when the climax of the story came out. "I would have no doubt had to deal with that somehow!" Though maybe a tentacula would cross over to creature-induced injuries, it was hard to tell! "People will never fail to surprise me." In both positive and negative ways, it seemed!

Tabi took a sip of her tea to give herself a moment to answer Josie's question. "Busy, as always." She shrugged, laughing when her friend finally seemed to remember where the tentacula man was from.  "We had a lady in last week who tried to make her own anti-aging potion, it did not go well." Truthfully Tabitha felt bad for the woman, though Tabs had questioned her superior's choice to have Tabi take the patient. Her looks certainly hadn't help the situation.

"Grey hair, wrinkles, the works, did the exact opposite. I wound up fixing it and gave her some skincare tips, but it was kind of awful." She grimaced at the thought of it. "And how are things outside of work?"
