The water did the trick, thank Merlin. Fallon stifled a laugh as he shot out of bed, nearly knocking her off her feet in the process. She ought to have warmed and dried him, but, truthfully, she was irked by the accusatory thoughts she'd had not even a minute prior. Fallon always knew him to not be a virgin, he was too experienced to be, but she didn't think his experience went that far. A few brothels maybe, as men were like to do. Snuggling, though, that was another realm entirely.
That was, at least, until he pulled her into his arms and kissed her as though he was a man starved. Her night shirt was soaked through from the water dripping down his chest. She returned the kiss with equal fervour, taking in every piece of him that she missed.
