I’d start by saying that I miss you, but I expect that gets boring to hear. I don’t even have anything much new to say, really, except maybe that I was thinking of you (and sorry for all the doodling on the corner of this parchment).

How are you? How’s work? I’m getting on well with my current projects - and my coworkers, now! - though our office for once feels like the calmest place on the floor, what with most of the department running about like headless chickens trying to be ready for the World Cup and all the remaining stuff for this year’s playoffs. The Howlers are doing well enough so far - I’d ask you to come watch their next match with me if, you know, I could. I’m not sure I’ve watched a quidditch game with you, at least not since Hogwarts. It’d give me a whole new angle, I think. Maybe I’ll be able to work out a way to sit with you for one of the World Cup matches. You will go see the World Cup matches, right?

I’ll leave you on that note, imagining you’re just as excited as I am at the prospect.
