Dear Mr. Adlard,
His excitement to go trumps any sadness we may feel. I've shared many stories from our days there with them, so I think they're more looking forward to tales of magical castles than they are the loss of his leadership. Though, I don't know how much of it all Sebastian understands.
She is awfully young to be placed in such a position. If you and she would permit it, I would be happy to sit with him to free up her time. My mother is frequently ill and I tend to her as well.
