To Whom It May Concern,I received this letter early in the morning, and it concerns me greatly. My first assumption was that it was a prank. But for the sake of the fact that I have no evidence of this being false, I write to you to ask for this to be investigated further. If my mother is alive, the proper authorities would certainly be the most qualified to save her. If this is a prank, my apologies for wasting your valuable time.
