Keeper. Ugh. It only took a few minutes in the skies to figure out that she'd rather be pelted with Lestrange's insults than quaffles, but like anyone who was attempting to sabotage tryouts for the sake of her friend, Leah persisted.
On top of a bunch of children pelting her with balls, she also had to deal with bludgers - and Lestrange had been serious when he said he and Bones had not intention of saving them. She secretly hoped that one might go rouge, that Lestrange might later find himself in hot water for jinxing them to attack students he didn't want on his team.
But alas, she survived. It was almost disappointing.
Trying out for chaser proved easier when it came down to it. She found humor in pelting the keepers - many of whom were throwing quaffles her way moments ago - and so she made sure to laugh the entire trial with the hopes that Lestrange was watching. If she was laughing, maybe he'd get pissed of thinking she wasn't taking it seriously.
Once she finished her trial, she returned to the ground, fully intending to run off and find Pru.
