Leonard Travers

Leonard Travers is the living embodiment of fortunately/unfortunately. Fortunately he was the only boy born to his parents so inherited vast wealth when they died - unfortunately they died when he was sixteen. Fortunately he married his best friend - unfortunately the marriage bed gives them both the ick. Fortunately his wife became pregnant after one of their few attempts to be as husband and wife to one another - unfortunately, due to feelings of inadequacy, they accidentally adopted a child at the same time. Fortunately a life of travelling meant no one asked questions - unfortunately he has a terrible secret that would destroy him and all his family were it to come out. Leonard is a man with secrets, a man who means well, a man who loves his wife and children but can never be entirely honest with them.

Picture is Rufus Sewell, with alternatives to be anything. He and the children must look alike, but whoever takes the first one dictates race/ethnicity.

Edgar Travers

Edgar was born in or around 1874, roughly at the same time as his brother Edmund, however, they are not twins, nor even brothers in the biological sense. One of them was born the natural son of “Leonard” and Leto Travers and the other was adopted by them because they didn’t realise they were having a baby. The boys do not know which is which, however they do know their origin story. The rest of society does not.

How Edgar lives his life as a result is entirely up to the player but I would prefer him to be free of serious scandal. Everything else is up to you!

B. 1875-1876 | UCAB/MCPB | MANDIRA| PERSONAL SECRETARY

Ravi is Leo's personal secretary but he has grown to be a large part of the household and acts as a secretary and general organiser for all of them. He isn't a butler, per say, but he runs the Travers household and is trusted completely. All the specifics of his background are totally up to you, but I have it in my head that he is the son of a retainer who became part of the household upon his father's death - perhaps Leo and Leto paid for his schooling and he feels a grudging obligation? Perhaps he genuinely likes them? (They genuinely like him, however his relationship with anyone else is up to you). Basically, he's an open book. PB is flexible, pictured is Ishaan Khatter with alternatives to be of Indian descent.

MISS AUGUSTINE DUMAS

Miss Augustine “Augie” Dumas has been Leto’s lady’s maid for decades, a position that has given her an overinflated sense of her own importance. Whether she is well-liked by the rest of the household is entirely up to you, but either way Leto absolutely adores her and hangs on her every word - whether she uses this for evil is up to you but Leto will literally have to see her stabbing one of her children before she dismisses her so she has a lot of freedom for a woman in her position. Pictured is Camille Cottin, please run alternatives by me because I'm sort of into this one xD
