The glee on Anne's face should have scared everyone. Ironically, she usually stormed around like a thundercloud and here she was nearly giddy at the thought of making her own. Anne's hand shot up before the instructions were finished. "Professor Bowen, what if we want a violent thunderstorm? I want lightning!" As if Anne needed to know how to conjure electricity. Anne didn't bother to add the wand movements to her notes, she traced them in the air with her hand, this form of visualization always better for her memory.
Without hesitation, and little actual preparation, Anne raised her wand and cast the charm.
