Enid watched Nigel look at the stars, feeling charmed by the way he adjusted the telescope. She liked having his hand at the small of her back, and lowered herself to look again, eyes flicking to the top right as he'd indicated.

"Oh, you can really get Ursa Minor through here," Enid mused, once she'd found Polaris. "I'm always surprised how much easier it is to see things when you're actually using a telescope."
