My high street peeps are Protego Lochrin for a fellow shop owner, and Lorelei Owens is technically no longer working on the high street, but she was up until a few weeks ago and is still ~around of course. And, somewhat less helpfully since she's in school, Lucy Tatting is usually hanging in and around Twilfit & Tatting's when she's not at Hogwarts.
