I would first like to apologize for the length of my reply, I needed to reach out for some outside opinions before I could make an informed decision about your offer. However, given that of an esteemed colleague who has been in my position far longer than I have- and that of your own sister-in-law, I believe the best course of action would be for you to come to the hospital itself and see how you could be of assistance. I would happily meet with you to discuss some of my own reservations and how we can best address them so that we can meet as many needs as possible.
