He wasn't going to lie to Tycho about it. Ford could not possibly approach Ty and pretend he was enamored with some girl he hardly knew, or even that he had tried to romance her just enough to sleep with her — but he could keep that plan to himself. The desire to fight Noble on this, the urge to specifically start a fight even if his brother wasn't inclined to pick one, seemed to have passed him by.
