I would be thrilled to figure out how Locke and Sina get along. I think on surface level he would flirt with her but it would only be surface level and wouldn't actually mean anything by it other than friendly intentioned annoyance. Friends' wives are off the table. I'm sure they run into a bit with how often Locke and Oz see each other.

For Ivy, if it is something you might be interested in, Locke would have been an auror long enough to have mentored her for her third year?

And for Elliot we could always toss them in a thread and see how they get along?

Let me get back to you on that once I decide if Locke draws a line with coworkers (either ministry at all or just same department). I'm not sure. But he would at least surface flirt.

Ohh the Trystan Locke dynamic could be very fun. Locke probably sees in him what he could have been if his father had forced the marriage card. Or still could be.
I could see him being friendly with Yassine!

Oh I can def see Locke heavily flirting with Ester at first but I think he has very conflicting feelings for her due to the whole leaving her son thing if he knew who she was.
