I too like when people feel comfortable enough and know my characters well enough to reference them!

Daff...
- always has flowers in her hair, which is almost always falling out of whatever it was twisted into.
- is probably wearing an apron and probably has dirt or charcoal on her face.
- talks to herself often.
- is physically incapable of showing up somewhere empty-handed, flowers and treats for everyone.
- will talk to anybody about anything, legit anything, she's the girl that makes friends in line at the grocery store.
- is a pretty physically affectionate person, touch is definitely her love language.
Elsie...
- has come a long way; she's calm and confident, especially at work, but it shows more in how she carries herself and conducts herself socially, which if you've known her for a while, will be a noticeable change.
- lives her life by writing lists and always has a pencil and small notebook on hand.
- looks at her husband with a gross level of adoration, even in public.
Mason... (I especially love when students reference him, even negatively!)
- was made for teaching. He keeps his class fresh and tries new things. Students should know he has high expectations, but know he is going to set them up for success if they put in the work and effort. He won't put up with shit, but will pull kids aside and speak to them individually. His detentions are usually bad enough (hello spreading fresh fertilizer) that people are not repeat offenders.
- is getting better about being inside the castle now that he's HoH and not hiding in the greenhouses.
- accepts NEWT students with an A because he knows his class is pivotal for a lot of careers and he will specifically work with students who need the outside help to be where they need to be by exams.
- assigns a long-term semi-sentient plant project to all incoming OWL students, they have a special section of a greenhouse and are expected to be kept alive through testing!
Quin...
- sneaks the street urchins free treats and this is no well-kept secret.
- also talks to himself a lot, especially in the kitchen, anyone who is around when he's being an evil mastermind will know this.
- generally looks like he's a bit of a mess, sleeves rolled up, super casual all the time.

Alvin...
- suffers from imposter syndrome big time.
- used to be outgoing and charming, now is more reserved, but thoughtful.
- is self-conscious about the burns marring his left hand/arm, but gloves are uncomfortable for long periods, so he can't wear them, except for short spurts.
- has very limited mobility in that hand, no good grasp, the rest of his arm works fine.
- is a fairy talented artist for someone who doesn't love it as much as he could, he however, cannot create moving paintings.
Eugene...
- is super focused on being Hogsmeade's best single father ever.
- is a low-key romantic, despite all of his failures in this aspect of his life.
- loves music and to read detective novels.
- reads to Theseus every night before bed.
- has two nifflers, a mother and daughter, Ginger (red in color) and Sage (dark grey), they're pretty well-trained, but still ~niffler-y
Greer...
- does not understand how people live in this cold.
- has a hard time understanding some of the local terms for things.
- is a new hot cocoa addict.
- is very... straightforward and often forgets to filter her words.
- has a wide range of expressions; often forgets not to "make that face out loud".
Nigel...
- for someone so tall, he is very uncoordinated; it shows in his dancing and in tripping over flat surfaces.
- avid reader, both of fiction and nonfiction.
- kind to a fault.
