Wheee. Let's see. I have Gus who is a few years younger but in his house, so they could have overlapped there. Obviously Gus is gay, but completely infatuated with Basil lolol. He wouldn't care about anything (well, in a way of being weary about him) that's happened to him, so they could be friendly?
I also have Reginald Alderton, a quidditch reporter, although he missed his career end by almost a decade haha. He's kind of nosey, so maybe he could write a "where are they now?" kind of deal of retired players, and Victory is on his list.
And a throwaway:
Atticus Foxwood is a couple years younger and would have overlapped at Hogwarts, but after the asylum and disownment, he'd want nothing to do him with him.
