Carmelina didn't know either of this pair well enough to guess at who was likely to win it, but she was sure there would be some end-of-term stress on both sides in need of an outlet. She smiled at the pair, skimmed over the rules, and then nodded encouragingly at the young man. "Take it away, Mr. Fudge!"
