I've begun planning for the bridal party of the upcoming joining of our families.  I was hoping that you might consent to be part of the bridal party, as one of my bridesmaids? 

I promise I will be a most easy going bride.  I don't think my own sisters would tolerate my being any other way.  The only real requirement will be to stand with my sisters and I on the day.  As we are to be sisters after a fashion, we might as well start as we mean to go on. 

I shall not however, be offended if you wish to avoid the chaos that can be the Dempsey ladies together and remain with the grooms party.
