She had, predictably, brightened up significantly once she saw the oh-so-familiar face behind the piano and was no longer a dead weight being dragged around. In fact, now that she knew he was here, she was kicking herself for not having worn something tighter instead of just the first dress her sister had thrown at her. All she could do then was settle for leaning against a nearby wall - close enough where the pair could 'talk' as they had been but not so much as she might draw undue attention - with her hip jutted slightly to the side in what she hoped somehow managed both 'seductive' and 'I've just danced too many dances and need a break'. She wasn't entirely sure she was succeeding.
