~— A B O U T — FRIENDS:  'dis girl needs friends, y'all. She's a little beaten up from her childhood, so she's rather timid and shy at first outside of her professional setting. She can also be a bit jumpy, but loyal and there for you when you need it, esp if you need healing xD CO-WORKERS:  Healers!! St. Mungo's mostly, but Hogsmeade Hospital too, pls! CLASSMATES:  She was Class of '87 so I'd love to flesh out her Hogwarts history a bit! All I really have in her app is that someone introduced her to herbology and healing, and that's kind of when she begun to hate herself as a witch less. She also began her interest in becoming an animagus and eventually succeeded in '90! PATIENTS: She's a medi-witch, so I'd assume that with all the disasters we've had on this board that she may have been the one to patch up a great deal of you! She first started in '87, so she was thrown into the fray once the World Market disaster happened. Other things that happened since are the Fog of Summer '87 and most recently the Hurricane at the Sanditon during Autumn of '91. Do you have a particularly hazardous job? Aurors, hit-wizards/witches, Unspeakables, Quidditch players, the list goes on xD if you need someone to patch you up I have Mabel here and also my other medi-wizard, Sebastian Beauregard.

Other than what we have for Malou, I have Somersby who was three years behind her and in Ravenclaw. As a curse breaker he could easily be a patient for her. Percy could too.

Alistair Darrow & Garrett Cavey are healers at the Hogsmeade Hospital.
Richard Gladstone is a healer at St. Mungos Hospital.
Zaid Ragge January Lynch, Garrett and Clarissa were all in her year and would have all been reasonably friendly, if not outright friends. Especially with the girls! xD January loves Herbology and tends towards shyness that was worse in school - so they could have had that in common and maintain a friendship now.

Ahhhh, Mabel baby! Ok, so here's a few things:

1. Olixander Blackwood - she's everything he hates wrapped up in a neat little package but she's GORGEOUS and would torment him. Just so you have that little nugget. He's a jerk, but I'm open to hurling them if you're interested! I think, if she has the patience and persistence to get beyond his ugly exterior, that they could even be friends and she could help broaden his horizons (read: destroy his horrible prejudices).

2. Basil Foxwood ! - Baaweh, Basil has no hard feelings, really. I think he'd find Mabel tolerable compared to most women, which is HIGH PRAISE coming from him. She seems moderately intelligent at least; until proven otherwise. <3333 As for plot things, we could always throw her into the fire with Basil's sick mother plot? That's the only interaction I can think of atm, but I will circle back!

3. Poppy Dashwood - Poppy is a bit younger than her, but would absolutely befriend Mabel given the oppty. She'd drag Mabel into all sorts of trouble too, if you're willing lol. I could honestly see Mabel being a good influence on Poppy too. She needs a level-headed female sister figure in her life, lol.

4. Broski figure is cominggggg~ He's next on the list and v. excited to plot with her.

Eeee all the classmates!! :D I'd say the one that would likely stick (aka she'd have been shy/friendly around all but maybe not open up to them as much) would be January!! I could see her bonding with January over herbology and whatnot!

Oooo yes pls, work friend trio w/ @"Marie-Louise Skovgaard" and Rommy!! :D I would also say though, that Mabel is likely quite jealous of Rommy, though not in a vindictive way. Basically backstory is a lot of my inspo for Maple came from the song God Must Hate Me by Cait Turner and it turned into me thinking what would happen if a particularly religious muggle family birthed a witch, and it just kind spiraled from there. But looking at Rommy and seeing how much luxury she grew up in and how much her birth family loves her likely makes Mabel a little timid/jealous of her at times. Esp cause she knows if she wasn't taken in as a ward into a middle class family, she'd likely be WC and educationless

Basically yes I'd love to explore their friendship a lot more >D

Omg Winnie and Dory in a a weird standstill in their "relationship" right now, this is the shake up I NEED in my life hahahah. Also she's pretty so Winnie can Appreciate.
