Poppy Timmons has been running an anonymous letter service for a couple of years now (ie. 87/88). She also remains anonymous and goes by Venus (because Aphrodite would be too cliche). The service is far from free but has some guaranteed results! At least, that's what all the ads and propaganda says.
Where do YOU come in? Simple, PM me here on this account with a letter you'd like delivered anonymously to another character. (The form will be below!) I will "publish" it in letters and let the character's player know it is for them. If the character chooses to respond, then they will PM me the response and I will add it to the letter. And it will go on like that until the characters admit to who they are or someone stops paying!
Payment for the initial letter will cost 3s (A 2s deposit with the last sickle being paid after receiving a response from Poppy). If the recipient chooses to respond, they'll pay 2s. Any further correspondence will be 1s. Unless, of course, she recognizes your name as being a more wealthy individual. If that's the case, your character may just be paying a little more. (The cost breakdown will be made known in the beginning so there are no hidden fees.)
Now for the tricky part... If for whatever reason a character doesn't pay in full, a "reminder" will be sent with subtle mentions of the letter being published publicly and with names attached. After such a reminder is sent, there will be a three day grace period before anything does indeed get published.
So.. proceed with caution.
