What happens to squibs born in hogsmeade? Are they kicked out or.is it accepted that they already know about magic so are allowed to stay?

It's not about knowing about magic - even muggles who know about magic can't ever go to or see Hogsmeade. Squibs are of magical blood - they're just unable to perform it so they are born in/can see/go to Hogsmeade and other magical places sealed off from Muggles. They just can't do any magic.
