15th August 1894
Dear (character name),
I hope this letter finds you in good health, though I understand that our shared loss has made these past months particularly challenging. It is with a heavy heart that I write to you, for we have all endured the unimaginable pain of losing our loved ones in the circumstances of last September.
As I reflect upon our collective grief, I find myself drawn to the idea of coming together as a community to honor those we have lost. To that end, I am organizing a vigil in memory of our dearly departed. This gathering will be a time for us to remember, to mourn, and to find solace in one another’s company. We shall also express our gratitude for the lives they lived and the legacies they left behind.
The vigil is planned for the evening of the 14th of September, to be held at the Hogsmeade Ballroom, before we walk to the Aspodel Cemetary where I have sponsored a stone to be erected in memory of all who fell. I believe that this will serve as a poignant backdrop for our remembrance.
I would be deeply honored if you and your family would join us for this solemn occasion. If there are any particular traditions, prayers, or words of remembrance that you would like to be included in the vigil, please do not hesitate to share them with me. This is a time for all of us to find comfort in the way that feels most meaningful.
With deepest sympathy and kind regards,
Nephele Asteria Lestrange
