Anne was her roommate, she had lived with the girl for four years now so Violetta had half a mind to simply invite her personally. However, her parents had reminded the girl that it was only proper to invite a guest formally, so here she was, leaving a letter on the pillow of the other Slytherin girl.
Dear Miss Moony,
The De Croix family would cordially like to invite you to join us for a few nights at our summer residence in Marseille. I have enjoyed your company at school and feel that it would be pleasant for us to spend a little time enjoying the sights of my home. I feel that you would adore the sights of the Basilique Notre-Dame and the little café nearby where we shall take wine while overlooking the views if that is something that interests you.
You shall have access to the guest room of the villa, it might not be as well equipped as a London townhouse, but you shall find yourself quite comfortable and my grand-maman is the most lovely chef.
I do hope you will accept this invite but shall not find ire if you an unavailable.
With warm regards,
Mademoiselle Violetta Elise DeCroix
