Did You Know?
Braces, or suspenders, were almost universally worn due to the high cut of men's trousers. Belts did not become common until the 1920s. — MJ
Had it really come to this? Passing Charles Macmillan back and forth like an upright booby prize?

Summer Stamp Goals!
#1
Apart from the Charming Summer Raffle goals I have, I also want to accomplish some stamps that I haven't!

The Novella: Complete a thread in which every post is precisely 1000 words. The thread must be at least ten posts long, and at least three must be your own.

This is definitely one that will take some effort, and definitely one that I'll need to use a high-muse character with. My offers would be Bella Scrimgeour, Handsome Whitledge, or Holly Scrimgeour—depending on the thread premise and it if has plot significance (which I'd love!). If that's the case, I'd be open to others!

Carnie: Complete three threads as a carnie. They must have ten posts each, and at least three must be your own.

This is one I'll be doing with @"Lindy" when she's completed and accepted! She's a snake-charmer who was taken from a London (muggle!) orphanage and raised in the circus! She'll be open to everything with the SFF~

Diversity: Complete eight different threads where your character interacts with one from each of eight different usergroups. At least one must be a non-human, and one a student. Threads must have at least ten posts, and at least three must be your own. Character accounts cannot be combined.

The obvious character to use for this is Bella Scrimgeour because of the diverse group of characters she's already threaded with! She's finished threads with Richard Gladstone (St. Mungo's), Tilda MacFusty (Hospital), Regina Lacey (Irvingly), @"Lucille Flint" (Elsewhere), Arthur Pettigrew (Hogsmeade), and has one in-progress with Kieran Abernathy (London). Which means she needs a student and a non-human—any offers?

Angel: Show a pattern of selfless behaviour with your character. You should have at least three threads (ten posts, three+ yours) of your character doing things like volunteering, helping someone, or raising funds for charity. Character accounts cannot be combined.

My most "angelic" characters are Frida Lestrange and Odette Ravenhurst (and maybe Tessa Darrow!), so those would be my best bets for completing this stamp!

Boys of Summer: Complete five different threads with five different male characters set from June-August. Threads must have 10 posts, and three must be your own! Character accounts cannot be combined.

Last year I completed with "Girls of Summer" with Handsome Whitledge, so now I'd like to aim for this stamp with one of my female characters, whether it's for ~hurling~ or other drama! Other options are my boys: Benjamin Ross (Ministry-related stuff!), Don Juan Dempsey (trouble-making boys stuff!), or Justice Rookwood (summer activities with friends, etc.!). Another opportunity, of course, would be with @"Lindy", my Carnie!

I am totally I for Novella, I've been hoping someone would want to attempt this one. You can pick any of my characters. Although Sisse Thompsett may be a bit more difficult I can indeed try that if you want

Also I volunteer Sisse Thompsett for Bella Scrimgeour 's diversity stamp.

Also I can toss one of my gentlemen in for boys of summer. Just let me know.
