Welcome to Charming, where swirling petticoats, the language of flowers, and old-fashioned duels are only the beginning of what is lying underneath…
After a magical attempt on her life in 1877, Queen Victoria launched a crusade against magic that, while tidied up by the Ministry of Magic, saw the Wizarding community exiled to Hogsmeade, previously little more than a crossroad near the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. In the years that have passed since, Hogsmeade has suffered plagues, fires, and Victorian hypocrisy but is still standing firm.
Thethe year is now 1895. It’s time to join us and immerse yourself in scandal and drama interlaced with magic both light and dark.

It was a pleasant surprise to have made it so far in the tournament, but Aldous was not so overconfident to think any of his bouts would be easy. After observing all due formality, he shot a stinging hex in Fraser's direction.
Ewart was a little befuddled to still be here, but he bowed politely to the younger man and then cast nebulus to create a thick swirling pall of fog around himself, that it might obscure him from view – and, for that matter, from the stinging hex.
Faustus watched as the cloud of fog immediately engulfed the entirety of the arena and Crouch's stinging jinx shot somewhere into the mass. A moment later, Faustus surmised the jinx missed its mark given the fact that the sky had blended in with the rest of Padmore Park. Faustus waved his wand and the clouds surrounding them receded to reveal the older wizard still standing where he stood - and very much un-stung.
"This first round goes to Mr. Fraser," He nodded respectfully to both parties. "If you would please commence our second round, Mr. Fraser. When you're ready."
Ewart hadn't expected that result, so when the fog disappeared he was smiling delightedly. For this round, he reverted to a deceptively simple charm, Wingardium Leviosa, to hopefully send Mr. Crouch – briefly! – floating off into the air above them like a balloon.
